What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university in Business Adminstration, Economics, Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 5 years plus experience in Operations Management, Key Account Management, Business development or B2B Customer Service
• MAble to work in high speed environment
• Fluent English speaker with excellent writing and presentation skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Exceptional creative thinking and problem solving skills and analytical thinking
• Strong communication ability
• Good time management skills
• Strong analysis and reporting skills
Your Challenge
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve customer experience,
• Set the vision, strategy, execution for measuring, monitoring and improving business performance,
• Identify business opportunities and challenges and coordinate actioning,
• Leading and evolving a very dynamic team,
• Dive into data to identify the root of a problem and solving it,
• Analyse processes to establish mid and long term action plans,
• Managing workflow of customer claim,
• Track and report KPIs to management team with development ideas.
